Beagle Freedom Bill  - Life after Labs PROJECT
This is a legislative push to enact laws that would ensure research facilities would give dogs
used in laboratory testing a chance at a life after research.
NOTE:  This project will NOT stop the abuse to animals but only help the already abused animals find placement,
instead of the labs disposing of the dogs after they experiment on them!
It is NOT a solution to the suffering,  only humane help for those that already suffered.

Support the groups that want to stop the cycle of suffering.
